Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Released from Mtg

I recently purchased a home with someone that I am not married to0. We are know dissolving our relationship. How can I be released from ownership or remove my name from the house where I will no longer have any financial obligations to the home.

New loan, release of liability from Mortgage company or qual. assumption with release of liability from mortgage company (and deed to house to the other party)
