Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Removing a roomate from lease

I live with a roomate. I am married, but my spouse is stationed in Korea. Myself, my roomate, and my spouse are all on the lease agreement. I wish to live alone, since it is almost time for my husband to come home. My roomate has a boyfriend who wants to move in. Can I take my husband's and my name off the lease and put my roomate's boyfriend on in our place? ( the boyfriend has agreed to it)
