I rent a house in Rockwall, Texas and I am 5 days past my due date on my rent how quick can my landlord evict me and can my landlord lock me out of the house and seize my personal property

They can never seize your personal property. First landlord must give you a 3-day notice to pay or vacate. If you don't pay or move out, landlord files eviction at the justice of the peace office. There will be a hearing and you will lose - the judge will give you a date (usually a couple of days) to move out. If you don't move out by that date, landlord obtains a writ and constible will be present when your possessions are placed on the curb and the house is secured (you are locked out).
