Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
Rental Property
We rented for 2yrs , we just recently moved out and the landlord is going to keep money off our deposit for repairs. The repairs he listed , I feel as though would be normal wear and tear. How could we handle this.

You can file in small claims court and seek to recover what you think is right. Your landlord may be liable for triple damages if the court finds it was a wilfull act.
