renting two apartments

I want to know if you can rent two apartments in the state of Texas under the same name...Like if I have a apartment in Dallas and wanted to rent another in Houston.... What is the rules on this Thankyou

As long as you can afford them, there are no rules against having 2nd, 3rd, etc. homes or apartments.
