replacement of air conditioner in apartment
Is there a law that states how often a landlord must replace an air conditioning unit in an apartment in the state of Texas?

No. However, the landlord has the obligation to provide a working air conditioner if that was included in the apt. when you rented it. Larry Maun 713.266.2560
