Reposseion of Vehicle

I purchased a vehicle in 2005 and 3 yrs after having it I was unable to make payments so I called bank to pick it up. The bank decided to auction vehicle and now wants me to pay the difference which is $9,000. What should I do?

If you don't pay, they may or may not choose to pursue getting a judgment against you. The judgment may or may not be collectable. Only you can make they choice.
