Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

repossession

We live in a mobile home. We were not able to make the pmts in Sept. or Oct. November is due on the 15th. My husband told them this morning that we could not make any pmts and they told us we had to be out by Nov. 20th. How long to they have to give us to get out. Can they make us get out in two weeks?

It depends. Read your contract. However, if you overstay, they would probably have to go through the eviction process which takes a few more weeks.
