Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Residence occupancy

I live with my grandmother, she wants to make it so that me and my cousin can stay in her house as long as we want to in the event of her passing. Her son and daughter are the beneficiaries of her house, Its Ok with them about her wish for me and my coousin to live in her home as long as we wish to. We want to draw up a legal document to this effect. Not sure how to, can you suggest on legal way to word a form or document.

Thank you,

Re: Residence occupancy

Assuming she is the sole owner of the house, she can do this in a number of ways. The most common way for her to do this would be to give you two a life estate in the property, with the remainder interest going to the children. This can be done with a deed (present interest) or through a will (the life estate begins upon the death of the grandmother.)
