Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Residential Property Fence (Dallas TX)

I have a fence that is fully on my property (by a few inches) which separates my property from my neighbors. I am going to pay to replace the entire fence (my neighbor cannot afford to participate). The 'good' side of the fence faces my neighbor's home. Since the fense on 100% on my property and I will bear the full cost of replacement, can I have the new fence constructed so the 'good side' faces my home?
