Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I want to resolve a Commercial Property Management Agreement. It is written that both parties can resolve the relationship/agreement if either party is not satisfied or chose to end the agreement. There was a 3 month probationary period. A 30 day written notice was given per the agreement. The agreement states that if I terminate the management contract prior to the contract expiration date, I will be responsible of all expenses incurred up to such termination date. They are charging tenants, me obscene charges that make absolutely no sense and keep all the security deposits to themselves with no explanation to me the owner. What can I do at this point?

You should contact an attorney to read the entire agreement. It is possible that you can sue for reimbursement in small claims court if you don't agree with charges.
