My rights as home owner
I own a 3000 sq ft home in TX. My adult son wil lnot leave....i cannot provide for him. I am disbaled, unemployed, broke andn going to go into forclosure if I do not sell. He is blocking the sale of my home. He moved his bay and ex GF in w/o my concent. They came stayed over night during supervised visitation of my new grandchild and now she too will not leave.
What do i do? I have no funds left to survive...i amm depending on proceeds of sale of home to provide a new residence for me andn my minor child. What I do?
