Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
ROFR on house w/ one acre- separate ROFR on +-10 acres surrounding
ROFR given and signed off on for house, but house and 1 ac sell for over $100K more than what house and 1 ac valued/appraised at. No deed or conveyance filed on 10 ac and both parties deny ownership transference. If a separate transaction (dresser drawer deed) exists and is unrecorded what can be done to protect person holding ROFR on 10 acres, and is there any time frame that should be considered?
