Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
room renter
I am renting a room in my own home. only a verbal agreement of rental terms. after 2 months tenant asked for rental agreement. I provided one with same $ terms discussed and additional details of home usage not previously discussed. tenant disagrees to terms. if we can't agree and she refuses to move, what is my recourse for getting her out? How long will it take?

She is now a month-to-month tenant. You can evict her. Go to the local justice of the peace office for their local procedures.
