Sale Of House after Divorce

I have been divorced for about 5 years now and I share a property in Texas with my ex husband. Neither one of us live in the house. I currently live in Florida. I am wanting to know how I can sell the house and land that is in both of our names. I want out of it...to either sell and split or sell my half. What can I do?
