How do I sale my rights to a property that was gift deeded to me and my two brothers?

Are your 2 brothers (or another family member) willing to buy your interest?

Then I would have the paperwork prepared by a local real estate attorney and filed at the courthouse.

Please do not buy a form from an office supply store, t.v. or internet - you need to make sure that you do this properly and have it filed in the real estate records of the county in which the property is located.
