Do i have to sell him water

When I sold this guy my property I kept my house and two acres of land along with my water pump. Then the guy let this other guy move into the trailer and ask me to sell him water I said I would for 100 per month now they are hasseling to get me to come down calling me at work and bothering me at home as of right now they owe me 550 because they have not paid for 5 months. Do I have to come down what can I do?

If you didn't deed him water rights, you probably can cut off his water and he can find his own connection.
