Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Selling car to my dad for my nephew

My dad is buying my car (clear title) to let my nephew drive for a few months before he goes into the military and my nephews mother is paying for the insurance.

My dad wants the car signed over to him when my nephew leaves for basic.

How should I sign the title and what does my dad have to do to be sure the car is not sold and that he gets the car back when my nephew goes off to basic and no longer needs the car?

Re: Selling car to my dad for my nephew

He should take title directly and have nephew's mom reimburse for the extra insurance. It will avoid 2 registration fees and sales tax as well.
