selling home

My mom wants to sell her home. The deed is under her name and my brother. We havent had any contact with him for almost a year. We have no way to contact him. Can she sell the home without his signature? What would be her next step?

If you can't find brother, you will need to get a receiver appointed for his interests. It will take an attorney.
