Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Selling home parent left me

Recently I was left with the house where my mother raised me..

And discovered that since I was a teenager the house had been mine according to the warranty deed that she gave me back in 1979. Well as of this past year I have been unemployed due to an injury that I got during my last job. Now today I was notified by my attorney that the Warranty Deed had been transferred to my name officially. For me to go sign it or something of that nature! My question is will there still be a need to probate the Last Will and Testament? Or what can I ask the lawyer to not be misled by my own questioning?

You should probably meet with your lawyer and review the paperwork and title work with him/her in detail. You need to be absolutely sure that you understand everything about your case, as it sounds like you are confused about the issues now.
