Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I am selling a house and the buyer is borrowing from a bank to purchase the house. Do I need to go by the bank's contract or can I use my own contract? I want to make sure the bank's terms won't backfire on me later and would like to use my own contract.

You can use your own contract; the question is whether the bank and the buyer will cooperate. Are you willing to lose a sale over this issue? You could always invest a few hundred bucks in having a lawyer review and negotiate the contract for you.
