Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I am currently selling my house. I have 1 renter. My Realtor wants my renter to sign a waver that states "Realtor is not liable for damage, theft, personal injury to tenants property". My tenant will not sign the waver. Is this normal or should I kick my renter out so I can sell my house?

This is a sign. If a renter fails to cooperate with showings, etc, it may be difficult to sell. I would terminate renter's lease and aggressively sall the house, especially with the reinstatement of the tax credit.
