Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

When selling your house are you required to select only one real estate agent, or can you let them have a free for all and pay whomever sells the house? Thanks.

You would have to find agents who would agree to take an open listing. MLS rules require that listings placed there be exclusive listings (not open listings), so you wouldn't have the exposure you need to properly market the house.
