Selling land
I am selling land however it is still in my mothers name and she is signing all seller papers can the payments be put in my name or do they have to go to her?

It could be put in your name, but there may be tax considerations. Many attorneys will provide a free initial consultation and for a complete document preparation package for a transaction such as this, I would charge around $500 - so that will give you an idea of what to expect. Good luck.
