How do I sell my part of undivided interest in real estate?

You can transfer your interest to one of the other owners very simply. This assumes the other owner is willing to purchase your interest. You can sell it to another person, but it is not likely that anyone will want to buy. If you can not sell you can bring an action in Partition in Court that will force a public sale of the entire interest in the real estate. I suggest you consult an attorney to review your particular situation.
