Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I have been served a three day eviction notice...i was laid off and i am behind on rent.I know that i am in the wrong.....but i also know that my landlord does not have a signed lease stating our terms ans agreement....can she evict me?

Yes. Without a written will, you are either a tenant at will or a tenant at sufferance.
