Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Me and my siblings coown a residence once occupied by our parents. Recently my mother moved into a nursing facility, and one of my brothers moved into the residence in the interim. He has now changed he locks and refuses to leave. What can we do legally to remove him from the residence?

File a petition to partition the property by sale. That should get his attention.
