Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I sign contract on a house. Now I want to cancel due to my husband is not working is disable got injured at work. Received a call he might not have his job back. And we are not going to make it. Now they want to make a lawsuit on us. I don't know what to do?

You need a place to live. Talk to owner or seller to reduce payments. if they sue to remove, call a lawyer or file an answer yourself..but do not move until constable comes to evict you..unless you have another place..hope youget a Christmas present..
