How to sign property deed

My mom and I have typed up a Deed to have notorized to have the house and property I currently live in put in my name so I can pay the taxes and have homestead. The property and house is currently in her FIRST married name. She has since re-married but never changed the name on the property taxes with the courts. How should she sign the deed? Her first married name? Her married name now? Or both?
