Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

signed an filed court documents/how much do they reallly mean--legally

when legal property deeds are signed and courthouse recorded over to you (from a sibling) of your parents land/an you assume the debt owed on it and pay on it individually for 4 years/and 2 years later they decide they want more monetary value out of it/do they have an issue at all/especially if they have excommunicated the entire family(via:lies, verbal abuse, and theft)the whole family knows the issues. No legal action yet, but alot of legal threats with a lawyer name, corruption amongst immediate family and keeping a volatile situation on hand at all times.I have documented proof trying to help her for 1 1/2 years and giving her more personal family belongings than is fair.want to keep the peace for all involved but do not know my corner that i can totally be backed into.seems to be getting real tight.can anyone help solve this beyond a "fiasco. i helped build and maintain this old farm practically since i was born do not want to waste the legacy -- especially since MOM N DAD are buried on the place (of which she has not visited since they departed) any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks so much

Best advice is to contact an attorney for a personal discussion of the issues.
