Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I signed a lease with a couple and received $1000 security deposit. The following day instead for paying the pro-rated rent for the first month, they said they found another property and want their $1000 back. Is there a 3 day law in Tarrant County, Texas where they can terminate the lease? What would you suggest I do?

If they dont need the security one day later cut your loses and give them the money back-- its it to secure if they dont pay after the first payment-- if they havent made the first payment there is a different answer- to have the first month payment and the security deposit one day later is unfair

They breached the contract if i was the next day there isnt much damages--rent it out as soon as possible-- they would be responsible the number of days it took to relet the lease
