Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I signed a 12 month lease with someone, and I would really like to move out. My roommate is always saying racist remarks to me, and personally attacks my mother, children, and me. She is hard to live with, and my children will be moving in with me soon. I know I don't want them to live in that environment, but we can't all live in one room either. I told her to find a roommate three months ago when I told her I wanted to move out. If found someone who was willing to take over our entire lease, but she refused. What can I do to get out of there?

It depends on what you signed. Unless you are prohibited from subleasing, you are entitled to do so.
