Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

When one signs a real estate agreement to buy a house, does the 10 day (change your mind period) include only week-days? Would an agreement signed May 28, 2010 (followed by a 3 day week-end) end on June 7, 2010 which included 5 days of week-end or holidays? all one question....Thank you.
