Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

sold double wide home, owners won't remove it from my land.

Recently sold a double wide mobile home, money and title have changed hands. Half of the home still remains on my land month 1/2 later. What can I do to let them know I'm serious and want it moved now? They no longer answer my calls. What Next?

The same thing happened to me...except it was a truck. I gave them notice that the vehicle was now trespassing on my property. I told them in writing that if they did not move it, it would be "abandoned" by them. They moved it.
