Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
We sold a house to a couple, cash sale, we told them the property had never been surveyed. Now they are trying to get a survey on the property and the boundaries are messed up, the buyer wants us to reimburse him for the house and all his improvements. What is our liability? We made it clear there was no survey.

Without seeing all of the documents, I can't answer. You should have an attorney look at what you have. You may or may not have any liability.
