My normal practice area is personal injury law, but I can tell you that you may be responsible to the buyer if you know about the damage to the frame and told the buyer there was no frame damage (or something to the effect that you don't know of any problems with the truck).

Bottom line: Whether you "have" to give the money back is an issue of law and the answer depends on whether you knew the frame was damaged and misrepresented that fact to the buyer, whether you "should" give the money back is a morals issue and the answer depends on the what you knew and when you knew is and what type of person you are.
