Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

squaters

I have folks living in my house, they paid me money down with a minimal pay-off. There is no contract, only verbal. I own the property free and clear, and they refuse to pay me the balance. Utilitys are in there name, what are my options in Texas.

You may need to file for an eviction to get them out of the house.
