Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

If I was staying together with someone and we are no longer together and they moved with 4000.00 worth of my property and didnt let me know, how can i legally get my property returned?

He's a thief; sue him for conversion. You probably can't get the police interested, so your remedies are civil, not criminal.
