Stolen money from bank account
My ex partner signed a letter of abandonment of business, 2 days later he took $17,000 from a personal loan the bank gave me for construction under my name. what can i do? that money was for constuction! please help!

If what you said is true and if it were me, I would file a complaint with the police. They probably won't do anything, but you will have the complaint as evidence in the lawsuit I would then file against my ex-partner for recovery of damages.
