Stopping foreclosure

Under great pressure, I signed a R/E sales contract to stop foreclose

sale. I Don''t want to sell. Can seller recind in Tx ? I thought I had no choice. 70,000. in equity and goin fast. Sold to RE. Broker !! Thanks

Typically no. However, if you signature was obtained under duress or fraud, then it may be void on its face or unenforceable. Call an attorney. Pronto!
