Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
A suburban house is paid for and income is available for upkeep of utilities and repairs. This property has been inherited by will to a person who has a manslaughter felony (92 yrs assisted suicide hemlock society grandmother) and other crimes possibly 1 other felony associated with the first. Is this house legally transferrable to the over 50 year old child/offspring?

Being a felon does not invalidate the right to inherit, unless, the decedent was murdered by the felon.
