Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Can I sue the Property Owners Ass.

In the bylaws, It states that the board members may not be employed by the POA. Both the treasurer and vice-president have been employed by the POA as security. The Vice-president does not even do her job and yet gets paid even though the POA has been told that she is not doing it.

She is not allowed to work because she is on SSD, Medicare, SSI, QMB, and medicaid. She should not be allowed to take our dues like she is taking advantage of the system.
