i've been sued by my ex-landlord

i have been sued in small claims by an ex-landlord for not giving 30 day notice before leaving. what will happen if i do nothing.can my wages be garnished?

It is not wise to do nothing. I recommend that you at least show up and state your position. Otherwise the landlord will get a default judgment against you for an amount you have no control over and which could be substantial. And yes, once he has a judgment he can garnish your wages.
