Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Tax deed

If I bought a house in a tax deed sale, let's say in Corpus Christi. I get the sherrif's deed. When I go to the house it has people living in it. What can I or should I do to get possesion?

You can ask them to move, and if they don't you can file a forcible entry & detainer. Keep in mind, it is their homestead and there will be a redemption period. Realistically they will probably redeem the property once they receive notice.
