Tenant breaking a contract

What legal action, if any, can i take if I have a tenant who signed year contract for a mobile home but moved out (without notice) 4 months in?

You can sue in small claims court, but you may only end up with an uncollectible judgment. Sometimes when this happens it is better to move on and do a better credit and reference check next time.
