Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I have a tenant who has been with me 6 years.it is time for him to sign a new lease. he is in the process of finding him a home to buy. can i just let him out of his lease if he gives me a 30 day notice.this is all i am asking of him.how can i put this in the lease papers?
