termination by landlord
my landlord need me out 5 years earlier. He need the place for other development. we had a 8 years restaurant lease. what will I get from the landlord? Does it depend on the sales, profits, moving, labor, business set up ,location or something else? what I need to prepare? what is the maxiun reimbursement I can claim?

If you have a lease that does not allow the ladnlord to terminate your tenancy, you can demand an amount you think is satisfactory. If not, the lease may define how much, if anything, you get. Only way to know is to read the lease and see what your rights are. You should hire a lawyer to assist you in understadning your rights and negotiating the termination amount.
