Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Texas General Warranty Deed

I'm the sole owner of a piece of property (no mortage). I would like to convey one-half interest to my partner for $10.00. I've found a Texas General Warranty Deed online. It has a place for seller and buyer, but I'm not sure of the wording to indicate I'm selling ''one-half''. Any help would be appreciated.
