Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

in texas, if your property is behind someone else's property, and they have a drive that crosses both properties, are you allowed to use it?

for example, a guy in house "A" has a drive that goes along a woodline for quite a distance, and your house (house "B") is along that woodline, past house "A", and there is yet another house (house "C") that is further back, and that driveway is also their drive, and you already have a driveway that connects to their drive, and you have previously been given permission to use that drive.

are you allowed to continue using it, if they state that they don't want you using it any more?

You probably have an easement by necessity. You really need to talk to a good real estate lawyer, though (bring your closing documents when you go see him).
