Texas right of rescission for unimproved property

We signed a contract today for a 12 acre plot of land and are wondering if we made a mistake. We put down an earnest money deposit and are scheduled to close on the 29th. Do we have a three day right of rescission now?

No. That right is for 2nd liens and consumer transactions.
